Kat's  Acapulco Eggs with Cheese Sauce 

 

Vegetable oil
4 9 inch corn tortilla
8 eggs
salt & pepper
4 tsp chopped green chilies

Heat oil in 12 in skillet, add tortilla and fry until brown, drain on paper towel.
In same skillet, fry eggs, place 2 eggs on each tortilla, sprinkle with green chilies
and Cheese Sauce McGuire Cheese SauceSC14


Serve with Granny's Bloody MaryBV22 & Cullen's Picante SauceSC16  or other sauce Sauces Mexican
