Kat's Fish Taco

 

1 cup milk
Dried dill, red pepper sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Flour for dredging
6  2 oz fish filets snapper etc
Oil for frying
Can of refried beans or  James's Refried BeansM23
6 8in flour tortillas
6 eggs scrambled
Picante sauce Cullen's Picante SauceSC16
 Yogurt lime mayo  Lynn's Yogurt Lime MayoMT37

Heat oil to 350-375 in a deep pot. Place milk in bowl; add dill, salt, pepper and pepper sauce.
Dip fish in milk then dredge in flour and deep fry, until golden. 

Coat each tortilla with beans, add fish, eggs and picante. Fold and serve.
