Granny's
Chili
Egg Pie
10 eggs
1 lb cheese shredded
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup melted butter
salt & pepper
1 16 oz small curd cheese
2 4oz cans chopped chili
1/2 cup ripe chopped olives
1/2 cup ham or sausage
Beat eggs until light. Add flour, baking powder, salt cottage cheese, melted butter, olives, ham and chilies. Pour into well oiled 9 x 13 pan bake @
350 for 35 min
Serve with Granny's Bloody MaryBV22 &
