fried tortilla or tortillas
grated cheddar Cheese
sliced pickle jalapenos

Cut tortillas in quarters and fry till crispy (Or use tortilla chips) top tortilla with cheese
and add jalapeno slice and heat. 

you can add anything to this. olives, beef, chopped onions etc 

Covering most of the northern part of the North American continent and with an area larger than that of the United States, Canada has an extremely varied topography.
