Tex Mex Nachos
Granny's Fried Red Fish Nachos
Fried red fish fillets
Tortilla Chips
1 cup Mexican tomato salsa
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1 avocado, mashed
½ cup sour cream
Chopped fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
Cut cooked fish into quarters.
Arrange cooked fish pieces on chips into an oven proof dish. Drizzle with tomato
salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Place under a preheated grill until cheese is
melted and golden.
Serve fish nachos with avocado, sour cream and sprinkled with parsley or
coriander.
