Tex Mex Nachos

 

James's Corn Nachos

 

4 oz Green Chiles, Diced
1 sm Onion, Finely Chopped
1 cup Corn Kernels, Thawed
1 cup Mexican Cheese With Taoc Seasoning, Shredded
32 x Round Tortilla Chips

 Method :
Preheat the broiler. Drain the peppers and place in bowl. Add onion, corn and cheese to the peppers and mix gently until the ingredients are well combined. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place about 1 tbsp of the mixture on top of each tortilla chip. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the chips begin to brown. Serve hot.
