Kat's Picante Chops
4 boneless pork chops about 3/4-inch thick
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups salsa
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the pork chops with the salt and pepper.
2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat over medium-high heat the olive oil.
3. Add the chops to the skillet and brown on one side for about 4 minutes.
4. Turn the chops over and add the salsa to skillet then bring to a boil.
5. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the internal
temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
