Shanna's Chops Red Chili Sauce
6 x Pork chops
Salt and pepper
To taste
Red chile sauce Granny's

1 tsp Onion salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
2 cl Garlic, sliced
Method :
Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add
seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hours or until very
tender. Serve with rice.
