Sausage

Wraps
1 lb. Sausage sliced
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3 tbs picante sauce Sauces
Mexican
2 Tbs Coarse Mustard
3 tsp. fresh Garlic chopped
3 oz. Blue Cheese crumbled
1/2 cup Olive Oil
8 oz. White Cabbage shredded
1/2 cup Pecans chopped and toasted
1 1/2 cups fresh Roasted Corn
1/2 cup Green Onions sliced
1/4 cup Red Onion diced
1/2 cup Cucumber seeded and diced
1 1/2 cups Apples peeled, cored and diced
8 12 inch Flour Tortillas
Heat a sauté pan with olive oil. Cook sausage until browned. Cool.
In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Add the sausage.
In a bowl combine the rice wine vinegar, mustard, garlic, blue cheese, picante
sauce and olive oil. Set aside.
Add the dressing and toss to incorporate
