Pork
2 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 to 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix Sauces

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) bottle chunky-style salsa/picante Sauces

1/3 cup peach preserves
Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over
medium-high heat; add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa
and preserves to pan, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
It is your mind that matters economically, as much or more than
your mouth or hands. In the long run, the most important economic effect of
population size and growth is the contribution of additional people to our stock
of useful knowledge. And this contribution is large enough in the long run to
overcome all the costs of population growth.
