Granny's Taco Sauce
1 can tomato paste -- (6 ounces)
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 dash tobacco sauce
1 pinch pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 cup undrained pickle relish
1 tsp dark molasses
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cumin powder
10 1/2 oz tomato soup
In saucepan combine all ingredients. Stir over low heat to blend all
flavors. Makes enough sauce to cover 18 to 20 tacos. Freeze unused
portion in family sized containers.
Often people attempt to live their lives backwards: they try to
have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want so they
will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who
you really are, then, do what you need to do, in order to have what you want.
