Kat's Whole Wheat Tortillas

 

1 Cup whole wheat flour
2 cups unbleached flour
3/4 tesp salt
1/3 cup oil
1 cup warm water

Place flour in bowel or food processor. Add oil process 2 min. Add water slowly to
form a dough ball. Transfer to work surface and knead dough until smooth and elastic.
Sprinkle in a little extra flour if necessary. Let rest in bowel covered with plastic wrap 30 min
.Divide dough into 10-12 balls about 1 " in diameter. With rolling pin, roll into 6"cirgle and 1/8" in
thick. On grill or skillet cook quickly on both sides.
