Kat's  Flour Tortilla

 

4 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp salt
1/8 baking powder
1 cup plus 3 Tbs water

Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in oil until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Gradually add in water, mixing well. Shape dough into 1 1/2 balls, over lightly floured surface
 roll ball to a very thin circle approx 6 in diameter. Cook each about 2 min on each side.
