Tex Mex Tostados

Cullen's Crab Tostado

6 x flour tortillas -- 6"
    Cooking spray
6 oz canned lump crabmeat -- drained and rinsed
3 oz cream cheese -- softened
3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbl chopped green onions
1 tbl pickled jalapenos -- finely chopped
1 x clove garlic -- minced
2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro

 Method :
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on baking sheets; coat with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
Combine crabmeat and next 6 ingredients; spread 1/4 cup evenly onto each tortilla. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 5 minutes or until puffed and bubbly. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter. Garnish with sliced olives if desired.
