Granny's
Mexican Chicken Stew
2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
4 med russet potatoes, peeled and cut very small
1 (15 oz) can mild salsa
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1 (1 1/4 oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker/Crock Pot, put on low in the morn
and is ready for dinner in the eve. My family loves it. We serve it with flour
tortillas.
Success is having a flair for the thing that you are doing;
knowing that is not enough, you have got to have hard work and a sense of
purpose.
