Granny's Turkey-Hominy Casserole

 

1 can cream of mushroom soup
!/2 cup Sour cream
2 tbs diced green olives
11/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste

21/2 cups hominy, canned, drained
21/2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup toasted bread crumbs
1 Tbs melted butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans

In a saucepan combine the first five lines of ingredients. Heat thoroughly over a low heat, stirring
constantly. Remove from heat. Spread hominy in an even layer over 2 quart buttered
casserole dish. Add the turkey. Pour the hot mixture over all. Make a top crust over mixture
with bread crumbs, sprinkle with butter and the pecans. Bake @ 350F for 30 min.
