Spaghetti Tetrazzini

1 tbs margine
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup minced onions
1/2 cup flour
21/3 cup chicken broth
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup light cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sherry
salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1 2oz jar chopped pimentos
12 oz turkey cooked and diced
12 oz dry spaghetti cooked
vegetable cooking spray
Melt margarine in a pan, add mushrooms and onion and sauté for 7 min or
liquid evaporates
Stir in flour, add broth, milk and cream cheese. Bring to a boil and cook 5 min.
stirring constantly
remove from heat and stir in 2 tbs Parmesan and next 6 ingredients set
aside. Stir drained spaghetti into turkey
mushroom mixture. Coat 3 qt casserole dish and spread mixture, cover and bake @
350 for 20 min
uncover and bake for 10 more min
