              Cullen's Baked Hominy

3 15oz can yellow hominy drained
1 4 oz can whole green chili's chopped
1 101/2 oz can of crème of mushroom soup
7 jalapenos chopped
1 4 oz jar pimentos
1 small bell pepper diced

 In a large bowel combine all and place in coated 2 qt casserole dish
and bake 1 hour @ 350
