Cullen's
Sautéed Field Greens
2 tbs olive oil
salt & pepper
3/4 tsp garlic
8 cups field greens, loosely packed
1 tbs lemon juice
3 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oil to sauté point. Toss in black pepper and garlic, immediately
followed by field greens, salt and lemon juice. Stir until just wilted not fully
cooked
Remove from heat and stir in cheese
Let not the fierce sun dry one tear of pain before thyself hast
wiped it from the sufferer's eye.
