            Special Spinach

2 packages (10 oz each) frozen spinach
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Defrost and drain spinach, chop coarsely. Mix soup with sour cream and cheese
blend in spinach. Spoon in greased oven proof glass pie pan and bake @ 350
for 30 min
