 Granny's Broccoli Soufflé

 

12 slices white bread crust removed
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 10 oz package, frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 lb mild Cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
3 cups milk

Line a 9x13 buttered pan with bread slices. Layer eggs, broccoli and cheese. Then cover with
more bread slices. Mix 2 beaten eggs with milk and pour over all. Let set in
refrigerator overnight. Bake @ 350 uncover for 1 hour.

In Egypt and Burma , yellow signifies mourning.
