  Lynn's Broccoli Platter

 

2 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli spears
2 tbs minced onions
2 tbs butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tbs poppy seeds
1/2 tbs each paprika and cayenne
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup salted chopped salted peanuts

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain and arrange on heated platter. 
Sauté onion in butter, stir in sour cream and seasoning. Heat on lowest possible setting
on your range. Stir constantly, until blended and warm. Pour over broccoli and
sprinkle with peanuts.
