   Kat's Creamy Corn Scallop

1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tbs minced onion
Salt & pepper
1 16 oz can whole kernel corn drained
1 cup crumbled soda crackers

Combine soup, onion and seasoning. In 1 qt casserole dish alternate layers of corn
soup mixture and crackers. Dot with butter bake @ 400F 25 mins.
