                Horseradish Carrots

 

6 carrots                                         
Salt & pepper
2 tbs grated onion                           
!/4 cup water
2 tbs horseradish                             
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Cut carrots in thin strips. Boil until tender in salt water. Drain and
place into a 6x 10 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients at 350 until bread crumb are brown
