Lynn's Viking's Suckling Pig

1 small suckling pig ( about 15 pds)

Preheat oven to 450 remove tail from the pig. Place in a roasting pan
tuck the back legs under the body. Cover snot and ears with foil to keep from burning
roast for 45min. rotate pan and roast 30 min. remove the foil and cook another 20 min
the skin should be hard and cracked
