Whole Turkeys

Whole Turkey Breasts

 

Shanna's Frozen Turkey Breast

 

1 x frozen turkey breast (6 lb.)
    Salt
    Onion salt
    Celery salt
    Accent
1 tbl sugar
2 tbl melted margarine or butter

 Method :
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry the frozen breast. (Do not thaw) Season generously with salt, onion salt, celery salt, Accent and sugar.
Place turkey on heavy foil. Pour melted margarine over the breast. Wrap meat in a shallow pan and roast at least 3 hours for 6 pound breast. Open foil and bake for 20 more minutes for browning
