Whole Turkey Breasts

 

Granny's Citrus Marinade Breast

 

1 x 6-7 pound turkey breast
1 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tbl Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Dried oregano

 Method :
Remove and discard skin and breast bone from turkey. Place breast in a jumbo heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
Combine orange juice and next 6 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Set 1/2 cup marinade aside; pour remainder over turkey. Seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove turkey from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill turkey, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 -500 ) 18 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 170 , brushing occasionally with reserved 1/2 cup marinade. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Yield: 8
