Whole Turkey Breasts

 

Granny's Cranberry Glazed Breast

 

1 bone-in turkey breast (4-8 lbs)
1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup orange marmalade
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cloves

D I R E C T I O N S

Roast the turkey breast according to directions on the package. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all other ingredients. Cook 4-5 minutes or until sauce is smooth. Brunch 2-3 Tbs sauce over turkey breast during last 20 minutes of baking. Serve remaining sauce with turkey slices.
