Whole Turkeys

Whole Turkey Breasts

Cullen's Orange Breast

 

3 oz Frozen orange juice
1 x Single concentrate
3 cl Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tbl No sugar added marmalade
1/2 tsp Tamari or low sodium soy
1 x Single sauce
3 lb Turkey breast
2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with
2 tbl Cold water

 Method :
Combine orange juice, garlic, paprika and tamari or soy sauce in a bowl.
Cut two pieces of plastic wrap at least 18" ling and overlap to create one big piece. Put the turkey in the center and cover well with orange juice mixture. Wrap turkey VERY VERY tightly with the wrap, uaing an additional piece of necessary. Repeat wrapping step with foil. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake turkey, placed on a baking sheet 3 hours. do not open or peek until time is up. Drain juice from turkey, mix wtih cornstarch and water mixture in a pan and cook until thick and bubbly.
