Pork Wine
Lynn's Pork Loin Steak Raisin Cinnamon Red Wine
This is good with potatoes or spaetzle and cabbage or coleslaw.
4 x boneless pork loin steaks
3 tbl vegetable oil
1 cup onion, minced
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 tbl raisins
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 cup red wine
Method :
Brown steaks in oil and remove from skillet. Saute onion and mushrooms until
golden in the pan drippings. Return steaks to pan; add raisins, cinnamon and
wine. Cover and simmer for an hour or a little longer.
Makes 4 servings.
