Kat's Shrimp In Garlic-Wine Sauce


Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      2 lb fresh shrimp; cleaned and
           -deveined
    1/4 c  olive oil
      4    garlic cloves; finely
           -chopped
    1/2 c  packed freshly chopped
           -parsley
    1/2 c  dry white wine
      1    salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp
and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until
the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and
pepper to taste.
