Granny's Jalapeno Pepper Jelly

3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
5 cups sugar
3/4 cup jalapeno pepper
1 bottle liquid pectin
green food coloring
1 cup cider vinegar

Combine peppers, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil. and boil 4 min
remove, cool 1 min add pectin and coloring. Pour into sterilized jars
